Facilitator: Kerry Suddes of Suddes Solutions

Kerry has spent most of her career helping organizations and leaders transform their approach to fundraising and bring their income to match their impact. She is passionate about experiential learning, geeks out on simplifying your math and can get just about anyone comfortable with the ask.’

Kerry feels extremely fortunate to work in the social sector and with people who are devoted to improving our world.

Her intention is to provide straightforward fundraising strategy and support based on a methodology that has been field tested for 45+ years and raised over $2B across every social cause.

Check out this lightning round Q+A with your workshop facilitator! A sneak peak into what Kerry has planned for participants…

Q. What’s one thing you know participants want to receive from this workshop?

A. Confidence to make a big ask.

Q. What’s one thing participants will be surprised to receive from this workshop?

A. Permission to be bold. (And the confidence to make a big ask.😉)

Q. What’s a common misconception, something people often get wrong in their approach to fundraising?

A. Thinking more activity equals greater results.

Q. A favorite thing about your work as a fundraising strategist?

A. Getting to work with people and organizations who are literally changing the world. Giving them the resources they need to simplify strategy and fund their mission is very rewarding.

Q. A favorite book, podcast, show, movie, artist, or social media account on any topic that you have recently recommended.

A. Too many to recommend! I saw Chanel Miller speak at the Center earlier this year and I finally just read her memoir — She is an exceptional and inspiring storyteller. Also, I love Kevin Brown’s fundraising content on LinkedIn.
