Artificial Intelligence Training for Nonprofits

The goal of this work­shop is to help non­prof­it lead­ers and staff apply AI imme­di­ate­ly and safe­ly in their dai­ly work.
We will focus on: 

• AI Basics & AI Safe­ty: Under­stand what AI is (and isn’t), and how to use it responsibly 

• Prompt Build­ing Blocks: Learn to write prompts that save time and improve quality 

• Three Core Use Cas­es: Use AI as an Assis­tant, Strate­gist, and Creator 

• Human-Cen­tered AI: Ensure out­puts align with voice, mis­sion, and values 

• Real Work: Par­tic­i­pants will walk away hav­ing actu­al­ly got­ten some­thing done — a draft­ed email, an out­line, or a grant idea 

For­mat:

• A 2‑hour core pre­sen­ta­tion open to all atten­dees, 10am-12pm.
• An addi­tion­al hour from 12 – 1pm, open to all atten­dees, for extend­ed 1:1 help with par­tic­i­pant projects (includ­ed with tuition, no extra charge)
• Are you work­ing on a project with a team? Encour­age your team mem­bers to enroll with you and receive real-time, real-task, cus­tomized assistance.
• Enroll­ment is lim­it­ed to 20 participants. 

What to Bring: Please bring a lap­top com­put­er and pre­pare to make real-time, real-progress with cus­tomized AI coach­ing on the projects/​tasks of your choice.

Patrick Kear­ney (PK) launched Eddy­line in Jack­son Hole, Wyoming, with the goals of help­ing indi­vid­u­als and orga­ni­za­tions achieve last­ing change through per­son­al­ized coach­ing, work­shops + facil­i­ta­tion, and incred­i­ble off-site expe­ri­ences. PK draws on over 20 years of expe­ri­ence in lead­er­ship devel­op­ment, wilder­ness expe­di­tions, and class­room edu­ca­tion to cre­ate pro­grams that are cus­tomized, fun, impact­ful, and dri­ve growth and change.

PK has spent more than 200 weeks on expe­di­tions, is a senior fac­ul­ty mem­ber with the Nation­al Out­door Lead­er­ship School, has a mas­ter’s in Edu­ca­tion from Har­vard, and holds coach­ing cer­ti­fi­ca­tions through Inte­gral Coach­ing Cana­da, Hogan Assess­ments, and Design Your Life.
