Non-profit organizations frequently find themselves operating at the “edges” of their capacity, funding, and reliance. While these edges can feel like daunting challenges, they also represent significant opportunities for growth and innovation. This workshop is designed to equip leaders with the awareness, tools, and mindset to recognize these organizational edges and navigate through them with courage and clarity.
Through a combination of guided exercises and discussions, participants will:
- understand the concept of “edges” in organizations: what they are, how they show up, and why they matter;
- recognize the signs that their organization is approaching or resisting an edge;
- unpack and explore the specific edges of their organization;
- develop practical strategies and practices for intentionally and resiliently crossing these edges;
- connect with peers for valuable reflection, sharing, and co-creating wisdom around navigating change;
- determine and commit to accountability for fostering lasting and productive change.
Format:
- An active 2‑hour workshop with guided exercises and discussion.
