Join fel­low exec­u­tive direc­tors for a peer-facil­i­tat­ed dis­cus­sion focused on the oppor­tu­ni­ties and chal­lenges of non­prof­it lead­er­ship. This infor­mal round­table will pro­vide space to share expe­ri­ences, ask ques­tions, exchange ideas, and build mean­ing­ful con­nec­tions with oth­ers serv­ing in sim­i­lar roles.

Peer Facil­i­ta­tor: Nick Del­moli­no, Exec­u­tive Direc­tor, Grand Teton Asso­ci­a­tion. Nick joined the Grand Teton Asso­ci­a­tion in 2023 as the Exec­u­tive Direc­tor. He over­sees strat­e­gy devel­op­ment, man­age­ment, and suc­cess of GTA’s part­ner­ships and edu­ca­tion­al prod­ucts. Addi­tion­al­ly, he works with the Board of Direc­tors to serve the organization’s mis­sion, peo­ple, and part­ners includ­ing Grand Teton Nation­al Park, the Nation­al Elk Refuge, and the Bridger-Teton Nation­al For­est. Pri­or to join­ing the asso­ci­a­tion, Nick worked in fundrais­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions at Teton Rap­tor Cen­ter and Teton Sci­ence Schools.
