About Will Ranck Schwartz
A third-generation Jacksonite, Will has been shaped by the values of the Jackson Hole community and is deeply motivated to promote a thriving valley for future generations. As Chief Operating Officer, he serves as the Foundation's internal integrator, partnering closely with the President and leadership team to align strategy, operations, talent systems, and community impact initiatives, and supervising key cross-functional teams that turn that strategy into execution.
Before joining the Foundation, Will spent more than fifteen years in nonprofit leadership spanning strategy, operations, finance, development, and programs. As Chief of Staff at Summer Search, a national youth development organization, he led the creation and execution of a four-year strategic plan tied to more than $80 million in organizational priorities. He began his career with AmeriCorps, running an after-school program for two years for underserved students in Columbus, Ohio, and is also a proud NOLS alum.
Will holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wake Forest University.
He and his wife are raising their two children in Jackson, surrounded by extended family who call the valley home as well. Outside of the office, Will enjoys hiking, backpacking, and watching and playing soccer.
