– New this year– The com­plete list of work­shop top­ics for fall 2025 through spring 2026 will be released in late August. Par­tic­i­pants will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to reg­is­ter for work­shops in advance to make the most of their time and resources and plan to attend any­thing and every­thing that inter­ests their team and meets their enrich­ment needs. This Fal­l’s Fea­tured Pro­gram: Shared Lead­er­ship — A Board and Exec­u­tive Direc­tor Cohort

Course Descrip­tion: The Com­mu­ni­ty Foun­da­tion of Jack­son Hole is excit­ed to announce this unique 6‑month inten­sive cohort to fos­ter pow­er­ful, healthy, and pro­duc­tive Board/​ED relationships.

Well known to the Teton region, Tim Adams and Andrea Somerville, will co-facil­i­tate an inten­sive that fea­tures a 3‑part in-per­son cohort series that includes ongo­ing cus­tomized and vir­tu­al assess­ment for par­tic­i­pat­ing organizations.

Get Ready to Reg­is­ter: Please note the fol­low­ing par­tic­i­pa­tion guide­lines for this course as it may take extra time to orga­nize your team and pre­pare for this inten­sive. The reg­is­tra­tion peri­od will be August 26 — Octo­ber 10.

1. Par­tic­i­pa­tion in this cohort requires a team con­sist­ing of 1 cur­rent or incom­ing Exec­u­tive Direc­tor AND 1 Board Mem­ber (option for 2).

2. The 6‑month pro­gram will include par­tic­i­pa­tion in the fol­low­ing ses­sions for both team mem­bers: a 1‑hour vir­tu­al launch meet­ing and 1‑hour online sur­vey in Octo­ber and 3 x 3‑hour in-per­son cohort meet­ings on Novem­ber 4, Jan­u­ary 13, and March 10. 

3. The tuition for the full pro­gram will be $1,100 per orga­ni­za­tion and will be due in Octo­ber 2025.
