Participants will have the opportunity to register for workshops in advance to make the most of their time and resources and plan to attend anything and everything that interests their team and meets their enrichment needs. This Fall’s Featured Program: Shared Leadership — A Board and Executive Director Cohort
Course Description: The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole is excited to announce this unique 6‑month intensive cohort to foster powerful, healthy, and productive Board/ED relationships.
Well known to the Teton region, Tim Adams and Andrea Somerville, will co-facilitate an intensive that features a 3‑part in-person cohort series that includes ongoing customized and virtual assessment for participating organizations.

Get Ready to Register: Please note the following participation guidelines for this course as it may take extra time to organize your team and prepare for this intensive. The registration period will be August 26 — October 10.
1. Participation in this cohort requires a team consisting of 1 current or incoming Executive Director AND 1 Board Member (option for 2).
2. The 6‑month program will include participation in the following sessions for both team members: a 1‑hour virtual launch meeting and 1‑hour online survey in October and 3 x 3‑hour in-person cohort meetings on November 4, January 13, and March 10.
3. The tuition for the full program will be $1,100 per organization and will be due in October 2025.
