Strategies for Recruitment, Engagement, and Appreciation

Join us for a roundtable discussion to prepare for National Volunteer Week (April 21 – 27)!

Jessie Walters, Volunteer and Program Coordinator at the Teton Raptor Center will facilitate a discussion on volunteer management. We will talk about strategies for attracting passionate volunteers, fostering their long-term commitment to the work, and cultivating a vibrant community that thrives on shared purpose.

Roundtable discussions offer a space for peer networking and support, idea sharing and generation, as well as macro-level thinking and dialogue. Each session is tied to a lightly facilitated theme, yet conversational and exploratory in nature. Breakout sessions help maximize exchange and allow participants to drill down into the details of most significance to them.

Registration is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is geared toward program-level nonprofit staff.

Please send any advance questions or thoughts on this topic to Hannah Sell.
