Join PK Kear­ney, Founder and CEO of Eddy­line Coach­ing, LLC, to explore prac­ti­cal, human-cen­tered ways orga­ni­za­tions are using AI to save time, improve work­flows, and strength­en their impact. Through hands-on exam­ples, peer learn­ing, and col­lab­o­ra­tive dis­cus­sion, par­tic­i­pants will gain con­fi­dence in iden­ti­fy­ing where AI adds val­ue, where human judg­ment mat­ters most, and how to adopt AI in ways that align with their orga­ni­za­tion­al values.

Pat Kear­ney (PK) launched Eddy­line in Jack­son Hole, Wyoming, to help indi­vid­u­als and orga­ni­za­tions achieve last­ing change through per­son­al­ized coach­ing, team work­shops and facil­i­ta­tion, strat­e­gy and strate­gic plan­ning, and off-site expe­ri­ences. PK works with non­prof­its, inde­pen­dent schools, gov­ern­ment agen­cies, and com­pa­nies on lead­er­ship devel­op­ment, team dynam­ics, strate­gic plan­ning, and AI lit­er­a­cy and adop­tion. He draws on 20+ years in lead­er­ship devel­op­ment, wilder­ness expe­di­tions, and class­room edu­ca­tion to build pro­grams that are cus­tomized, fun, and designed to dri­ve real growth.

PK has spent more than 200 weeks on expe­di­tions, is a senior fac­ul­ty mem­ber with the Nation­al Out­door Lead­er­ship School, holds a mas­ter’s in Edu­ca­tion from Har­vard, and is a cer­ti­fied Inte­gral Coach® and an Every­thing DiSC and Hogan Assess­ments prac­ti­tion­er. He is also cer­ti­fied in Design Your Life. PK is the found­ing board chair of the HUWE1 Foun­da­tion, sup­port­ing research into an extreme­ly rare genet­ic disorder.
