Community Foundation announces new Board members and bids farewell to outgoing members

“We’re excit­ed to wel­come these dynam­ic new lead­ers to the Board,” said Bet­ty Andrikopou­los, Board Chair. ​“Steve, Josh and Janine each care deeply about this val­ley, and their per­spec­tives will help guide the Foundation’s work in mean­ing­ful ways.”

Dur­ing its Decem­ber meet­ing, the Board approved its 2026 offi­cers: Bet­ty Andrikopou­los, Chair; Rev. Jim­my Bartz, Vice Chair; Kath­leen McCar­ragher, Trea­sur­er; and Jane Hop­kins Carey, Sec­re­tary.

The Foun­da­tion also rec­og­nized out­go­ing board mem­bers Miri­am Moril­lon, Andy Schwartz and Janet Whit­mire, thank­ing them for their years of com­mit­ment and counsel.

“Miri­am, Andy and Janet have pro­vid­ed steady lead­er­ship dur­ing an impor­tant peri­od of growth,” said Lau­rie Andrews, Pres­i­dent of the Com­mu­ni­ty Foundation. ​“Their ded­i­ca­tion has strength­ened our pro­grams and our impact across the community.”
