If you plan to make a wire, stock, or donor advised fund con­tri­bu­tion to a fund of the Com­mu­ni­ty Foun­da­tion of Jack­son Hole, please noti­fy us of the incom­ing trans­fer by fill­ing out the form below.

Trans­fer instruc­tions will be sent to the email address you pro­vide below. Please note that you will need to ini­ti­ate the trans­fer from your finan­cial insti­tu­tion using these instruc­tions.

Com­mu­ni­ty Foun­da­tion Fund­hold­ers can con­tribute to their DAFs by log­ging into the donor por­tal.
