About Josh Frappart

Josh is a lifelong Jackson resident and a proud fifth generation Wyomingite. After graduating from Jackson Hole High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming. His career began in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he worked as a civil engineer and embraced the outdoors through fishing and skiing. Josh later returned to his hometown to serve as the Associate Town Engineer for the Town of Jackson. He now brings his experience and leadership to his current role as Project Supervisor at FC Excavation, where he oversees critical infrastructure and development projects throughout the region.

Beyond his professional work, Josh is deeply committed to his community. He serves as the Chapter President of Teton County Guys Who Give, an organization that has raised over $200,000 for local nonprofits in the past five years. He also chairs the Health and Human Services segment of the Community Foundation's Competitive Grants Committee, helping direct meaningful support to essential community services. Josh and his wife, Emily, are raising their three daughters in Jackson, where they enjoy skiing, camping, hiking, and golf as a family.
