2-PART ZOOM SERIES LED BY KARI ANDERSON, INCITE! CONSULTING
October 19 + 21 from 5:30-7:30pm
Are you currently serving on a nonprofit board? Does the board feel a little stagnant or lacking in motivation? Wondering how an “engaged” board functions? This 2-evening workshop will explore what being an engaged board member looks like and provide tools to develop this culture at the nonprofit you serve.
With instructor Kari Anderson, participants will dive into what “board engagement” really means and what it looks like in action. Topics include how to:
– create agendas for energizing board meetings
– accomplish board work through purposeful committees
– determine your role in the fund development cycle
– connect organizational storytelling to mission delivery
These sessions will provide tools and discussion opportunities to help board members see their roles differently and truly serve as a partner to their nonprofit’s leadership.
To register for this 2-part series (October 19+21 from 5:30-7:30pm), enter the number of tickets below, then click the blue “Get Tickets” button. $50 is the total cost for both sessions.
