through Competitive Grants, Micro Grants, and Youth Philanthropy.

The Foundation recognizes that small amounts of funding provided at the right time can have a meaningful impact. Micro Grants serve as a timely funding mechanism for project-based proposals.

  • Grant Awards: up to $2,000
  • Application Period:
    1st – 15th of each month

Youth Philanthropy Grants Program
Youth Philanthropy Grants

Youth Philanthropy provides students at local high schools a hands-on learning opportunity in philanthropy. Participating students review grant proposals, meet with applicants, discuss effective strategies for community impact, and award grants to local nonprofits.

  • Grant Awards: up to $3,000
  • Application Period:
    November – December (annually)

Competitive Grants Program
Competitive Grants

Thanks to the generosity of Old Bill’s CoChallengers and individual donors, the Foundation is able to grant nearly $700,000 annually to address our community’s most pressing issues and help ensure its vibrancy. Requests are reviewed by Grants Committee volunteers.

  • Grant Awards: $3,001-50,000
  • Application Period:
    October (annually)
