Staff are eligible for annual merit bonuses. Additionally, salaries are adjusted annually (sometime more often) based on cost-of-living changes in the valley, evolving responsibilities, and the Foundation’s overall compensation structure.
Staff are encouraged to participate in a 401(k) plan maintained by the Foundation and contribute pre- or post-tax to their retirement (with a match!).
DEPENDENT CARE ASSISTANCE
Staff can contribute pre-tax funds to a dependent care reimbursement plan for childcare expenses.
Between personal leave and vacation days, staff accrue over 20 days or more per year of paid time off. The Foundation observes all federal bank holidays and two additional floating holidays (13 days per year).
