Healthcare & Wellness
INSURANCE & HSA
o The Foundation provides full health and dental coverage to all staff, covering 100% of employee premiums.
o The Foundation contributes $125 per month to a health savings account for any healthcare related expenses.
WELLNESS DAYS, STAFF RETREATS & MORE
o A group of staff plans annual events ranging from workout classes, to desk ergonomic set ups, to off-site team builders.
CHILDCARE / DEPENDENT CARE
o Staff can contribute funds, pre-tax, to a dependent care reimbursement plan for childcare expenses up to federal limits.
o Between personal leave and paid leave, staff accrue over 20 days or more per year of paid time off and are encouraged to use it.
o Our office is closed for all federal bank holidays and two additional floating holidays for observance of other religious holidays (13 days per year).
o Staff are welcome to bring their four-legged friends to work with them.
o All staff are eligible for annual merit bonuses subject to organizational financial performance and capacity. Additionally, staff salaries are adjusted annually (sometime more often) based on cost-of-living changes in the valley, evolving responsibilities, and the Foundation’s overall compensation structure.
o All staff are encouraged to enroll in a 401(k) plan maintained by the Foundation and contribute pre- or post-tax to their retirement plan. Staff contributions are matched 100% up to 3% of gross compensation and 50% for an additional 2% on top of that.
Employee personal charitable giving is matched by the Foundation, dollar for dollar.
