Strong leadership, at all levels, is key to organizational and professional success. Through guided discussion and peer learning, motivated nonprofit staff will learn about the attributes of good leadership, how it is different from management, and will explore creating systems and cultures that increase the effectiveness of all stakeholders to build organizational sustainability.  Highlights of this workshop include:

 

  • Short assessments and activities to help determine leadership style
  • John will share key leadership lessons he’s learned along the way
  • Facilitated discussion about the value of failure as well as what to do when you’re afraid of success
