Stress Resilience to Increase Productivity and Performance

April 28 at 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | $Free

Instructor: Stephanie Thomas, Teton County Search & Rescue Foundation
Free workshop delivered via Zoom

Borrowed from the work of Laura McGladrey and the Responder Alliance, this workshop has been modified to address the needs of nonprofits, small businesses and even you individually (or your family). Instructor Stephanie Thomas will discuss the effects of stress on your performance and productivity at work, as well as offer resources to get your team moving towards “green” (or staying there). This interactive workshop will allow people to build and share their “Battery Snapshots” and look at forming relationships that keep you in the “green,” both at work and in the rest of your life.

Stephanie Thomas is the Executive Director of TCSAR Foundation and has been a volunteer on TCSAR since 2007. She has been training under Laura McGladrey and the Responder Alliance for the past year to help bring a Stress Resilience program to the TCSAR Volunteers and other First Responders in the valley through the Teton Interagency Peer Support program.

Please register below by Tuesday, April 28 at 12pm. If you don’t receive an email confirmation (check junk folder), you did not complete the registration process and should try again. Zoom log-in information and handouts will be emailed in advance to registered participants.

This session will be recorded and archived on the Community Foundation website.
