How To Write The Fundraising Plan Your Nonprofit Needs
February 27 at 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM | $50.00
The Fundraising Plan Workshop 1.0 will lead attendees through the process of creating a fundraising plan that will dramatically increase their organization’s fundraising over the next year. During the workshop, each organization will begin to draft their individual fundraising plans by setting fundraising goals, objectives and actions. A fundraising plan template and samples will be provided. The workshop will include a presentation as well as time spent in an interactive working session. Each organization will have the opportunity to gain feedback on their fundraising goals from their fellow attendees as well as a one-on-one consultation session with Ms. Fitzgerald during the workshop to discuss how to implement their goals and objectives.
Prior to the workshop, each workshop attendee will complete a pre-class online fundraising assessment that collects data about the organization’s current fundraising efforts, staff fundraising capacity, board engagement with fundraising and fundraising aspirations. Ms. Fitzgerald will analyze the results of each organization’s online assessment to gain a better understanding of the organization’s fundraising efforts. This information will be utilized to customize the one-on-one consultation sessions to each organization.
Each attendee will leave the workshop with:
- Fundraising goals and objectives specific to their organization
- An outline of a fundraising plan
- Strategy on how to implement the objectives to achieve their fundraising goals
