MANDATORY: Kick-off meeting for all organizations: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Center Theater, Center for the Arts.

MAY
11th
DEADLINE: Grant Report from Old Bill’s Fun Run 2011 and Nonprofit Participation Application for Old Bill’s Fun Run 2012 due.

JULY
4th
Contributions accepted and participant registration begins. Brochures available at Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, local banks, businesses and nonprofits.

Music in the Hole: Old Bill’s Fun Run booth.

MARKETING PIECES DISTRIBUTED:
Brochure with a list of all participating organizations, donor and entry form and return envelope.

AUGUST
10th
DEADLINE:  Final date to submit Nonprofit Participation Application in order to participate. Will not be included in printed marketing materials.

SEPTEMBER
7th
DEADLINE: Final day of competitive registration and free recreational registration.

8th
Old Bill’s Fun Run for Charities 2012.  10:00 a.m.

14th
DEADLINE: Final day to make contribution to Old Bill’s Fun Run 2012.

14th
DEADLINE: CO-CHALLENGER THANK YOU NOTES due. Please send your document to the Community Foundation electronically.
