All eligible nonprofits receive access to Donor Central where they can track gifts made on behalf of their organizations. A username and password to access the site will be included in acceptance letters. Remember that Donor Central accounts will be available July 4 through December 31, 2012.

The 2013 logo will be distributed to the contact person for each organization after the applications have been processed in May 2013. Participating organizations are encouraged to use the Old Bill’s logo during the giving period. Click below to download the logo.

Old Bill’s Fun Run for Charities 2013
To participate, organizations must attend the Kick-Off Meeting in April. Following the kick-off, please review the documents distributed at the meeting and complete the online application. In addition, organizations that participated in Old Bill’s Fun Run 2012 must complete the Old Bill’s Fun Run 2013 Grant Report Form.

At the Old Bill’s Fun Run 2013 mandatory kick-off meeting, Teton County, Wyoming nonprofits that wish to participate in this fundraising opportunity receive rules, guidelines and official participation information. Light breakfast will be available.

Variance Power

The Board of Directors shall have the power to modify or eliminate any restriction, condition, limitation or trust imposed with respect to any funds or property the title to which has become vested in this corporation if, in the sole judgment of the Board of Directors, such restriction, condition, limitation or trust becomes unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community or area served.
