A capital campaign is a time-limited major gift initiative through which a nonprofit organization raises significant funds for a special purpose.  In order to be successful, the organization must have four Predictive Indicators of Success in place: an urgent and compelling Case for Support, a sufficient number of prospects to reach the goal, committed institutional and volunteer leadership and adequate resources to conduct the campaign successfully.  This interactive workshop will explore the strategies for successfully integrating these indicators toward planning, implementing and evaluating a successful campaign.
